Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Events Planner and Operations professional, located in New Cairo. The role involves planning and executing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, managing budgets, overseeing event execution, and liaising with clients or stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure successful events that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management for events
  • Sales experience or the ability to negotiate and secure contracts
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with operations management and logistics is beneficial
  • Experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
