Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events Operation Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Events Operation Advisor will be responsible for managing event operations, coordinating event logistics, supporting project management activities, handling budgets, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, addressing logistical challenges, and providing recommendations to enhance event effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve event processes and solve problems
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management for seamless event execution
  • Basic to advanced knowledge in Finance for budget planning and financial reporting
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Adaptability to respond effectively to fast-paced environments and unforeseen challenges
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in event planning or operations is desirable
