Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Event Coordinator and Operations professional, based in New Cairo. The individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, as well as handling operations related to these events. The role involves coordinating with volunteers, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring the success of each event through detailed planning and management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and handling any operational tasks required to execute events effectively.

  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience with Volunteer Management
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event requirements
