Marketing Coordinator – Events & Conferences
to join our team. We manage high-impact conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events across medical, business, and industry sectors, connecting professionals and thought leaders across the region and beyond.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing activities for conferences and exhibitions, helping drive attendance, engagement, and brand visibility. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Events Team, and Sales Team to ensure smooth campaign execution and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for events and conferences


• Manage social media posting, email campaigns, and content updates


• Coordinate promotional materials, branding, and advertising activities


• Support delegate acquisition and engagement initiatives


• Assist with sponsorship promotions and partner visibility


• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and media partners


• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports


• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing platforms


• Support event execution before, during, and after conferences

Qualifications & Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination


• Knowledge of event marketing and conference promotion


• Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email, content)


• Good organizational and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work across multiple events


• Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus
