Senior Architect – Technical Office

Job Type: Full-time – On-site

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Architect to join our Technical Office team on a major roads and infrastructure project in El-Dabaa.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural shop drawings, coordination with other disciplines, and a solid understanding of construction details related to infrastructure facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate architectural works with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams.
  • Review consultant drawings and resolve design conflicts.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and support the preparation of BOQs.
  • Review and prepare material submittals for architectural finishes and elements.
  • Support site teams with technical clarifications and detailed drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Participate in preparing reports, logs, and documentation for approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Technical Office role.
  • Previous experience in roads or infrastructure projects is a must.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or Navisworks is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of finishing details, waterproofing, and coordination works.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
