About the Role:

Citadel Developments is hiring a Finishing Architect with 6–7 years of experience to oversee and manage the execution of interior and exterior finishing works across our residential projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on site supervision to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Citadel's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all finishing works on site (interior & exterior).
  • Review shop drawings, materials, and finishing specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work quality matches approved designs.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve technical finishing issues.
  • Support material selection, samples approval, and mockups.
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and project management teams.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • 6–7 years of experience in finishing execution (developer or contractor background preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishing details, and installation methods.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple finishing trades simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
