Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for an Architect Technical Office Engineer. The role involves creating and reviewing shop drawings, carrying out quantity surveys (BOQ), and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including civil and electrical engineering disciplines. The chosen candidate will also provide technical support, ensure project compliance with design and regulations, and contribute to efficient and innovative project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and reviewing Shop Drawings and expert knowledge of BOQ preparation.
  • Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles as they apply to building design and construction.
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying and accurate cost estimation to support project success.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to maintain high standards in project implementation.
  • Proficiency in relevant technical software tools and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Experience in high-performance building systems and sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
