Job Description:

  • Supervise and manage architectural works on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Oversee finishing works for buildings and administrative offices, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure work integration.
  • Review and interpret drawings and specifications for proper implementation.
  • Manage site progress, subcontractors, and materials to maintain project efficiency.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in site execution and finishing works.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing details.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
