About The Role

SKETCHURE
is hiring a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Site Engineer
to oversee the execution of high-end fit-out and finishing works for a variety of commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices for fit-out and high-end finishes. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee daily site operations, including labor, material, and equipment management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement stringent quality and safety control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Identify and rectify defects or deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Manage material procurement, storage, and delivery to the site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, daily site reports, and quality control documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, with a strong focus on fit-out and high-end finishing works.
• Proven experience in managing commercial and residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Project Management software).
• A valid driver's license and own car is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
