What you'll be expected to do:
- Answers inbound calls and respond to customer requests.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls within the target call duration.
- Use questioning, troubleshooting and listening skills that support effective telephone communication and help in solving the customer's problems & complaints to ensure achieving customer satisfaction.
- Receiving and resolving complaints, inquiries, or requests vis the company ticketing system.
- Ensure resolving all issues within the required SLA.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- University Degree of any discipline.
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Very good command of written & spoken English.
- Very good presentation, analytical skills and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
