Our Team
The role with be part of customer support team, providing end to end project and administrative support.
What You Will Do

- Executing with Value Creation and Contribution Motivated Mindset
- Daily interaction and tight cooperation with the Sales team (Outside Sales), providing "End to End" project & administrative support, working together to meet customer needs, secure Commercial Project pipeline, new business opportunities, updating prices, SF, achieving the companies KPI's & gain understanding of Commercial business and requirements
- Identify, monitor and execute administrative sales activities based on Comparative advantage in order to support Sales team towards maximizing their Value creation through Customer facing activity.
- Price entry and Price update in SF-CPQ
- Projects' follow up end-to-end (from inception of the quote to the end result - changing statuses) including understanding order fulfilment process
- Generate, provide and follow up on project price quotations, adjusting the quotes to current market situation (e.g. ES & CS implementation for fix price), in order to win projects
- Proactively follow up on status of project in SF and monitor customer Commercial Project order trends to help fulfilling Project forecasts
- Proactively monitor and escalate any deviations and misalignment between quoted amounts and actually booked amounts (quoted vs shipped report)
- Proactively monitor the end date of project in SF, to ensure correct prices in the system for ongoing projects (quoted price vs shipped price)
- Ensure project prices are entered & correct in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system prior to receiving project order
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders
- Actively share knowledge and information to optimize the customer requirements
- Provide innovative recommendations for continuous process improvements and challenge the current status
- Ensuring product stocking agreements are created, saved and terms of the agreement are proactively met
- Provide weekly & monthly reports to the business on a regular basis and use the reports to proactively drive improvements
- Monitor and unification of quotes names to make it easier to follow up and to avoid duplicates and communication misses
