At Taozeef, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S4HANA Implementation Director to lead our multi-country implementation of SAP S4HANA. This critical role is responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning and executing complex SAP implementations or upgrades. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the SAP Director to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (IT, finance, business units) to align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place to minimize project impact.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of accountability.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures, optimizing resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
  • Forecast resource needs and coordinate with the SAP Director to allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information system, computer engineering, or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, with proven experience in planning and executing complex SAP implementations or upgrades.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
