Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Project Manager to lead our multi-country implementation of SAP S4HANA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence for this critical project.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, ensure milestones and deadlines are met, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with key stakeholders (IT, finance, business units) to align project outcomes with business objectives.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Develop contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place to minimize project impact.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
    • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and SAP best practices.
    • Oversee testing phases and ensure proper documentation and training materials are created.
    • Ensure project compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and governance standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resources.
    • Forecast resource needs and coordinate with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively.
    • Track financial performance against budget and implement cost-control measures as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects, with proven experience in planning and executing complex SAP implementations or upgrades.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
