At ITS Information Technology Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and HR Generalist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in human resources management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in technology or cybersecurity. They must be proficient in Odoo HR modules and have advanced Excel skills.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This package also includes benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Records Management: Manage and support HR operations, including personnel management, recruitment, and employee engagement using Odoo.
  2. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cybersecurity regulations.
  3. Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  4. Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave balances, and payroll inputs.
  5. Talent Acquisition: Identify talent needs and manage job postings using various sources.
  6. Candidate Selection: Conduct pre-screening and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  7. Candidate Database: Build a database of qualified candidates.
  8. HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports on key metrics.
  9. Data Analysis: Use Excel for data analysis and creating dashboards.
  10. Policy Development: Update and implement HR policies through Odoo.
  11. Employee Engagement: Coordinate in-execution employee engagement activities.
  12. Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs.
  13. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Audit Support: Support audit processes using Odoo records.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in Odoo HR modules and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
