Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at BayanTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Represent BayanTech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success (0-3 years).
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in diverse industries.
What We Offer
