Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at BayanTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
- Represent BayanTech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success (0-3 years).
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in diverse industries.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
