Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Manufacturing Officer to lead our manufacturing operations in Suez. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies to improve our manufacturing processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze production and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead and develop a team of manufacturing managers and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
