**What you will be doing.**:
As our **Office Administrator, Document Controller & Projects Support Officer **you will provide general administrative support DC & Marketing support as a part of the ABL team to ensure effective and efficient operation. In addition, you will:
- Manage general administrative duties, office facilities, and facility management.
- Provide support to the accounts team as needed.
- Update the leave calendar and assist with freelancers’ contracts.
- Prepare port gate security passes in coordination with Pros
- Purchase pantry, stationery, and authorized IT equipment.
- Assist in renewing suppliers' contracts and managing medical insurance requests.
- Coordinate with the regional administrative team and support as required.
- Handle tenders, and quotations, and manage filing systems and project documents.
- Ensure common areas are clean and comply with QHSE requirements.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and assist technical staff with secretarial tasks.
- Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and client meetings.
- Delegate tasks to administrative staff and oversee their output.
- Handle supplier management, contracts, invoicing, and day-to-day issues.
- Liaise with building management for smooth office operations.
- Perform reception duties, manage mail, courier services, and office layout.
- Maintain office conditions and arrange repairs as needed.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and assist with QHSE audits.
- Organize company events, exhibitions, and marketing-related tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.
The roles can be based in **Cairo, Egypt.** **THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN CAIRO, EGYPT.** Flexibility to working hours may be required from time to time.
