**_The team you'll be part of_**
- The “Network design & automation leader” will be part of the Middle East and Africa Mobile Networks Presales organisation and will be contributing to solutions selling thru his involvement in the RFP/RFQ process when required but also throughout portfolio and customer network analysis aiming at proactively creating new opportunities with our existing and new customers._

- As part of our team, you will:_
- High-priority operational responsibilities- _Lead a team of Network planning and design experts ensuring quality of solution and supporting in all assigned cases and territories.
- _Provide team leadership and ensure effective solutioning is done for all assigned RFP and customer cases in line with the requirements set out by the customer.
- _Map out roadmap/ feature related plans against customer requirements and ensuring consistent communication plans against required KPI’s._
- _Act as a specialised solution owner on assigned cases from a network design and planning. owning the Solution design._
- _Lead portfolio acceleration programs across portfolio including Self Organised Networks (SON) and automation portfolio.
- _Lead global and regional stakeholders to create analysis required for positioning Nokia’s product and services.
- _Provide RFP/RFQ technical assessment and ensure optimized Network planning assumptions are considered for the solutioning in-line with the requirements
- _Provide thought leadership to drive and influence customer network plans proactively and position Nokia’s portfolio.
- _Drive a clear value argumentation on the case and ensure accountability of presales/ solutioning.
- _Responsible for leading the team to offer a best in class offering including managing tooling, budget requirements.
- _Establishing standards, methodologies, and documentation as required by the global portfolio owners._
- Qualitative deliverables / KPIs:_
- _Sales Performance KPI’s_
- _Customer Perceived Value Index_
- _Delivery Model Adherence_
- Quantitative deliverables / KPIs:_
- _Regional financial targets, incl. Upsell. Plus deal targets if deemed necessary._
- Operational leading KPIs:
- _New Sales Funnel/Pipeline aligned with RBC growth.
- _New customer/technology entries (wins per customer/territory)_
- Note: All KPI’s are under review_

**_Your skills and experience_**
- _Minimum 15 years of total professional experience in Telecom/IT/IPS industry specifically in sales and presales.
- _Experience in network planning and design at an expert level including hands on experience.
- _Proficiency in directing and supervising people, projects, resources, budgets, vendors and other business partners._
- _In-depth understanding of the telecommunication and ICT industry to better advice business in financial matters_
- _Strong understanding of the Nokia level portfolio is mandatory; must have ability to drive end to end conversations_
- _Champion all products assigned including SON, Automation, AI/ ML
- _Understanding of telecom market dynamics, customer business needs and MN technology
- _Speak the customers’ language, You speak in ways that excite, inspire and compel action._
- _Love getting your hands dirty._
- _Drive for results in a fast-paced environment, ability to change.
- _Decision making and critical thinking required based on strategy.
- _Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing set of complex projects_
- _Self-starter, capable of "owning" areas of responsibility_
- _Strong influencing and negotiation skills at CxO level_
- _High situational adaptability with ability to trust, open collaboration and continuous improvement across different organizations._
