Purpose of the Role
Responsible to assist & develop the execution strategy for MT in the account.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Modern Trade to ensure excellence in in-store execution and delivery of Perfect Store targets
- Develop strong relationships with Customer Operations & head office teams
- Manage and develop the relationship with section managers inside the HO
- Monitor competition activities ,new innovations, promotions...etc
- Manage chain specific trade investments & People
- Responsible for the Division’s performance (Growth/ TTS/ GM/ Market share/ SOS) vs. Targets
- OSA monitoring vs target
- Landing UL Innovations
- Prepare category detailed analysis (To be shared to the customer, CM and CS teams)
- Lead execution of plans & activities including customized activities
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
- Fluency in English
- 5 to 7 years prior Sales experience
- High negotiation skills
- High Convincing skills
- Computer & presentation skills
