We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager based in Cairo. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing roles are required, together with an excellent command of English and Arabic. Experience in Key Accounts Management; FMCG & multinational companies experience is a plus.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Develop and manage of the Key Account Management strategy and expertise to build professional, value adding partnership with Key Accounts to ensure long-term, sustainable profitable market share growth and the most effective resources allocation.

As a Key Accounts Manager you will be required to:

- Define & propose investment strategy for Key Accounts, including channel development, new channel introductions, and channel optimization.
- Manage the relationship with all Key Accounts, including advanced negotiations while introducing “partnership” approach.
- Ensure business fundamentals in terms of reach, presence, and availability of PM defined portfolio.
- Drive adoption of Digital Trade Engagement platforms including E-ordering platform.
- Develop incentive driven programs for Key Account staff & business partners to grow RRPs within channel.
- Cooperating with consumer/ brand team to deploy portfolio and consumer programs across designated Key Accounts.
- Collaborating with RRP deployment team in reaching yearly expansion plans for brand building activities.
- Planning and lead quarterly internal business reviews to safeguard solid Key Accounts universe that serves the business and channel strategy.
- Drive regular monthly business reviews with counterpart and business partners to monitor performance and guarantee a positive investment.
- Drive ongoing optimization of channel performance and operational effectiveness.
- Manage Key Accounts budget while introducing different partnership tiers to serve the business strategy.
- Expanding Key Accounts universe to maximize brand / product awareness and reach.
