Implementation Leader/analyst Position

Responsibilities:

- Act as a single point of interface between IT and the digital business lines for digital projects.
- Act as an advisor in the digital area.
- Lead the solution implementation technical aspects.
- Experience with digital solutions, mobile banking solutions, wallet implementation and the latest digital trends.
- Experience with Internet banking and related regulations.
- Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to the Head of IT Business Development in coordination with other IT/Business stakeholders.
- Participate in building a business case and RFP (Request for Proposal Process) cycle.
- Enhance the BRD (users’ requirement document).
- Generate a feasibility study for the project including the possible solutions, and cost-benefit analysis for each solution.
- Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a business line.
- Exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success.
- Taking decisions in the interest of customer/business needs without jeopardizing service stability and supportability.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
- High Presentation Skills
- High Communication Skills
- Experience in managing User acceptance testing
- Troubleshooting Skills “Thinking outside the box”
- Database experience is a plus
- Development experience is a plus.
- Data analysis and data visualization is a plus
- AS400 experience is a plus.
- Banking experience is a plus.
