Tagaddod is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Complaints Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have experienced issues or problems with our products or services, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and documenting customer complaints and concerns
- Being the contact person for any customer complain
- Following up on the order journey end to end
- Ability to handle escalated calls
- Investigating and analyzing the root causes of complaints
- Collaborating with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and empathy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
