**Purpose of the job**
- Maximize penetration in the targeted segment (SME & SOHO segment) and enhance B2B sales figures in Oranges Outlets.
- Enhance B2B Customer experience in Oranges outlets, and increase B2B Sales in those outlets.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Sell Orange Enterprise products and services and ensure proper collection for the required documents.
- Welcome walk-in Enterprise customers and handle their Sales and Pre-sales requirements.
- Identify potential Enterprise new accounts among the walk-in customers in the shop.
- Upsell to walk-in exsiting accounts and increase their revenues.
- Handle customers inquiries regarding the enterprise prodcuts & services.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve Enterprise customers problems.
- Coordinate with other departments to activate new lines and services for the customers within the identified SLAs.
- Handle generated Sales leads sent by the Telesales Team to the shop.
- Report to the Telesales Team Management the leads outcome.
- Submit a daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.
- Support in handling the assigned portfolio of Enterprise customers.
- Submit churn prediction report for the accounts at risk from the assigned portfolio.
- Attend trainings and meetings called for by the Enterprise department.
- Achieve the assigned KPIs & Targets.
- Acting as a customer experience champion to enhance the experience of the newly acquired & existing Enterprise customers.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- Bachelor degree**.**

**Experience**
- 0-3 years of experience in the sales field.
- Familarity with Telecom industry is a plus.
