**Responsibilities**:
As our new Product Manager of the VLT® Aqua drive, you will be responsible for global end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management in our Water and Wastewater business unit. You will build and execute strategies in close collaboration with key stakeholders. You will be working closely together with customers, KAM management, Service, Product support, Global Sales and many more.
- Be the owner and responsible of a 120M€ product business
- Keep our product, services and documentation up to date to ensure continues growth
- Build-up organizational understanding of competitors and their products and ensure clear product differentiation
- Cooperate with our KAM organization to support pump OEMs and other important customers with product related updates and change over
- Be the customer advocate in product support groups, judging trade-offs and balancing cost and performance while constantly keeping focus on values, product complexity and competitor differentiation capabilities
- Initiate product feature promotions, marketing, training and sales campaigns
- Be the catalyst for VLT® Aqua Drives in our organization and support sales on larger project with product insight and quotation material
- Work with your colleagues to ensure smooth product transition plans and plan complexity reduction and variant ramp down

**Background & Skills**:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant marketing education. You are a decisive team player with positive attitude and ability to influence and navigate among internal and external stakeholders in the global organization. You are result and performance oriented and have passion for your work. You are flexible, structured, and have a customer focused mindset. You possess excellent English communication skills and are able to travel to support customer and sales in our global organization.
