Do you have a strong commercial and technical interest? Then you might be our new Product Owner in Danfoss Drives.

As Product owner for the new iC7-Automation Frequency Converters, you take full responsibility for the defining product vision and roadmap, and for creating the product release plan and delivering the product with the product team.

**Responsibilities**:
In this position, you set the priorities for new product and platform development, and you will direct the development and launch activities in a dedicated product team. Your partners in the product team will be the agile coach, scrum masters and technical product owners, responsible for sub-teams. As Product Owner you have the final say on priorities and customer engagement.

With support from the product team and in close collaboration with the sales organization, portfolio owners, and other key stakeholders, you will develop and maintain the product strategy, and you will take full ownership of product value proposition and competitiveness, customer experience, product quality and profitability throughout the product lifecycle.

Furthermore, you will:

- Prioritize product backlog, and optimize for highest value creation in shortest amount of time, based on customer feedback, market analysis and competitive situation. This includes balancing quality, costs, features, and performance improvements.
- Ensure that release plan and backlog is visible and understood by the team and other stakeholders to the level needed.
- Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and align expectations inside and outside the product team, and with senior leadership.
- Help the entire product team to understand and improve the customer experience, participate in customer meetings and events, and involve the product team.
- Align and manage dependencies across sub-teams and with other product teams.

You will report to the Chief Product Owner as well as your direct people leader. The majority of the product team is located in Gråsten, and local presence in Gråsten will be critical for success.

**Background & Skills**:
You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering and/or business, you have experience from drives business and/or the food & beverage industry or other relevant industries.

You are known for your positive and team-oriented mindset. You have the experience and drive that it takes to create and lead a large high performing team in a complex environment. You are recognized for your ability to inspire others and motivate teams to walk the extra mile to create great results together.

You lead with an agile development mindset, and you are known for your open-mind and communicative approach; this enables you to build relations and to cooperate across cultures and geography, and to effectively engage with all stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
