Danfoss Drives søger en Produktionsingeniør til PCBA/SMT området. I Danfoss Drives udvikler og producerer vi frekvensomformere, og som en af de største elektronikproducenter i Danmark, opererer vi i et marked med stort potentiale og fortsat vækst. I PCBA/SMT er vi gradvist i gang med en modernisering af vores produktionsapparat med en ambition om teknologiske kvantespring, hvor automatisering/digitalisering og industri 4.0 er nogle af nøgleordene.

Du vil blive en del af et engageret team, hvor du sammen med dine fem stærke kollegaer, vil spille en vigtig rolle i optimeringen af produktionen og derigennem udnyttelse af dens fulde potentiale. Med det produktionstekniske ansvar for den videre udvikling af processer og teknologier vil du således være ansvarlig for produktionstekniske problemer, kvalitet og forebyggelse i specifikke delområder af operationsområdet.

**Arbejdsopgaver**:
Blandt dine arbejdsopgaver kan nævnes:

- Sikring af og deltagelse i løbende forbedringer, der understøtter målsætningerne i afdelingen
- Forbedring af eksisterende metoder og processer
- Arbejde med ”Just-do-it” 4-step og 8D problemløsning via DPP (lean) RCPS-Tavler
- Ansvarlig for den produktionstekniske IATF16949 del understøttet af facilitatoren
- Intern håndtering af leverandørafvigelser
- Ansvar for mindre projekter i afdelingen og deltagelse i tværgående projekter
- Løbende opdatere produktionsgrundlaget ud fra dybdegående analyser

**Background & Skills**:
Dit drive for at problemløse og løse tingene på den rigtige måde, er i denne stilling altgørende. Du skal være god til at bevare overblikket og samtidig kunne fokusere, når du skal løse flere forskellige opgaver af gangen. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, og samtidig formår du at være en teamplayer, der værdsætter samspillet med andre. Du har derudover en teknisk uddannelse - gerne som Ingeniør eller lignende, kombineret med stærke IT kundskaber inden for visualiseringsværktøjer som f.eks. Power BI, ASM Performance Monitor, 3P Data opsamling osv. Det er en fordel hvis du har god praktisk erfaring med IATF16949 og kender til P-FMEAer, kontrolplaner og 8D metodikken. Ydermere vil en six sigma certificering være at foretrække.
