**The team for you to join**

You will be joining the Process & Technology team that consists of six professionally skilled and committed engineers. We have a great desire to help each other and to socialize in our daily work.

In our daily work we mainly support production in cooperation with other support functions.

**What would your role look like?**
As a Process Engineer you are responsible for supporting one of our five production areas with product and process support so we get the best possible quality, highest yields and optimal capacity.

You work closely with operators, technicians, and specialists, and you provide structure, scientific insight and perform data analyses.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Translating your scientific knowledge into everyday real-life big scale productions issues
- Process and product responsibility including daily production support. Every day consists of new and exciting challenges, and two days are never the same
- Continuous improvement of the production processes together with our partners
- Collaboration with people with diverse backgrounds, including technicians and process operators
- Data analysis of real-life and historical data to improve and optimize the process
- Keeping product standards up to date

**Who are we looking for**:
You have an MSc in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering or Biochemical Engineering. You have experience with data analysis, and you enjoy working hands on with processes on the shopfloor. You might have just finished your master’s studies or have a few years of experience but most importantly you are eager to learn and contribute.

To succeed in this position, you:

- Enjoy working in a production environment and understanding the unit operations
- Have a proactive approach
- Enjoy taking responsibility and seeing the impact of your work
- Have great cooperation skills
- Can make a plan for improvements in your area, and deliver on it
- Have experience with data analysis
- Have excellent people and communication skills
- Have excellent Danish and English skills - both in speech and in writing
