IT Support Specialist

**Your role**
**What you will bring**
- ** Experienced Professional**: Minimum of 3 years IT Support experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- ** Google Workspace Proficiency**: Experience with Google Workspace administration or similar cloud-based productivity tools is advantageous.
- ** RMM/MDM Tool Experience**: Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools is a plus.
- ** Ticket Handling**: Prior experience working with a ticketing system and the ability to prioritize when required.
- ** Strong Initiative**: Ability to identify and address support gaps in the IT environment. Always on the lookout for opportunities to improve efficiency.
- ** Collaborative Nature**: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across diverse departments.
- ** Proactive Mindse**t: Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and efficient task management abilities.
- ** Communication Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex IT solutions to non technical users.
