- Prepare Tenders and Proposals: Professionally manage and submit quotations and tenders.
- Analyze Sales Data: Track and evaluate sales performance, creating detailed progress reports.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with both current and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Tasks:

- Organize Documents: Manage and maintain digital files and records efficiently.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and present accurate administrative and sales reports.
- Coordinate Tasks: Schedule and manage virtual meetings while ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
- Optimize Processes: Suggest and implement strategies to improve administrative workflows.

**Job Requirements**

**Experience**:

- 3-4 years in sales or administrative roles.
- Background in ASRS or vertical storage solutions is an advantage.
- **Ability to work remotely.**

**Skills**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (Essential).
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Effective remote teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Odoo is a plus.

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
