Portfolio and Segments Growth Manager.

Develop and execute customer activation and retention campaigns to encourage repeat usage and increase transaction volumes.
- Utilize customer data to identify trends and define segments for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to create compelling offers and incentives for customer activation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activation strategies, optimizing campaigns to enhance performance.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure a seamless customer experience that promotes engagement.
- Own retention and activation budgets, allocation, and optimization strategies.
- Lead growth team to achieve portfolio growth targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our activation efforts are innovative and effective.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in customer growth, portfolio growth, product development, or a related field within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving growth.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as CRM systems.
Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
