**Purpose/Key Accountabilities**:
A leading Maritime company is hiring a Proposals Coordinator. The person occupying this role will work as a member of a team and is responsible for carrying out a range of administrative work, studying tenders in order to prepare offers accordingly and following up on invoices.

**Detailed Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all activities associated with preparation, submission and negotiation of tender proposals.
- Liaise with other departments / sectors to ensure all documentation required is contained within the offer submission.
- Liaise with other departments / sectors to gather any required documents for any contract.
- Assist with facilitating any project bonds, guarantees and insurances required by the contractor.
- Issuing & Following-up on projects invoices.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Ensure records are filed in a manner that ensures easy accessibility and retrieval as required.
- Responsible for issuing any official correspondence (Memos, Faxes & letters)
- Responsible for maintaining all the ISO records and documents.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- To coordinate effective preparation proposal and submitting in a timely manner.
- Invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Accurate recording of invoices & correspondences.
- Answer companies’ enquiries promptly, competently.
- Ensure accuracy of all data and information.
- Ensure all documentation is filed appropriately (audit purposes).

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree.

- Time management.

**Skills**
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet)
