027520 Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (Open)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Create new customer accounts, update their conditions, and update the price book on L/N.
- Create sales orders/ Delivery notes issue invoices on L/N and submit to customers.
- Frequently updating shipping plans to customers and communicating them with other departments
- Support in sending price update letters, quotations, and faxes to customers.
- Follow up on customers' payment collections.
- Registration of customer complaints and coordination of outcomes.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Support the intermittent projects - (i.e. Net Promotor Score launch, others).
- Assists in the production of specification sheets for customers.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of account plans.
- Captures and compiles data on competitive activity and the results of quotes/proposals.
- Provide other administrative support, including, but not limited to: written and electronic correspondence; handling telephone calls and relaying messages; internal office support; scheduling meeting and travel arrangements and performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires a university degree with 2-5 yrs. of experience.

Knowledge and Skills
- Very Good English
- ERP / CRM systems experience would be an advantage
- Possesses basic administrative and sales support experience.
- Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software.
