**Knowledge and Skills**:
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Considerable knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
**Education and Experience**:
A bachelor’s degree, 10 years of Human Resources experience. Post-graduate HR diploma, MBA in HR or equivalent is a must.
**English Language**:
English Language Professional knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

**Working Conditions for this position**:
- The responsible for this position spends most of his / her time in the office.
- Equipment used for this position includes a PC / Laptop - Cellphone.
Main Responsibilities
**Strategic Duties**:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Develops and monitors career path program for all employees.
- Develops HR Marketing Plans.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Set annual HR budget and ensure execution with all concerned departments
- Supervise and organize all annual performance evaluation processes.
- Supervise and organize all on-boarding and exit interviews for company employees.
- Report any breach of company rules and regulations and propose way forward to solve conflicts.
- Manages and handle all legal disputes with company employees.
**Operational Duties**:
- Manages and assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
- Develops and maintains personnel files; maintains other records (استمارة 1 - استمارة 2 - استمارة 6 كعب عمل). And all governmental paperwork as per Egypt labor law.
- Prepare, process and distribute payroll, and related attendance records
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers
- Prepares quarterly HR progress reports which includes all activities done in given quarter and provide all information about HR company strategic plans
**Decision-Making Responsibilities for this position**:
- Report case to company director
- Collect all information that would enable decision maker to take the correct action.
- Discuss with superior recommended action required in future.

- Hiring Time / Turn Over Rate.
- Employees’ Development Progress.
- Keeping employees records up to date.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and reporting to company director in timely manner.
- Quality of training and orientation.
