- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Manage the recruitment process (Analysis, Sourcing, Interviews, Hiring, and Boarding) for different functions.
- Creating, coordinating and executing on the onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain and improve processes on the HRMS and ATS in use in the organization as per business needs
- Maintain employee attendance according to policy and legal requirements on HRMS
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance by provides constructive and timely performance evaluation to management
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary letters, warning letters etc
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Work in a collaborative manner and diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions;
- Assisting with the payroll cycle
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department

**Requirements**:

- **
Proven work experience of 5 to 10 years as an HR Executive, HR Manager in ERP/IT/Software company or similar**
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of Egypt labor legislation (particularly but not limited to employment contracts, employee leaves, market trends and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities from past experience
- Fluency in Arabic & Flawless English written and spoken and excellent drafting skills
- Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
