Senior Incident Manager

**About the role**:
Role below is responsible about Incident managment harmonization activity with Service desks in Egypt and Mauritius
- To own and control the incident management through all ESC Service desks teams, propose and execute incident management improvements plan proactively and own the incident management reporting.
- Responsible for Daily/weekly/monthly analysis of Incidents to follow up on the complete case handling, solution and communication, and share any mishandling to the management team.
- Work on Post crisis analysis and service improvment plane with different teams accross ESC
**About you**:
Min. 3 years related work experience (Service Operations/ Transition)
- Experience in Cloud Technologies.
- Relevant experience with managing cross-functional (virtual) teams is a plus
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of Orange Business Services solutions
- Understanding of corporate governance within complex organizations
Soft Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient English, and French is a plus
- Capability to work in a global, changing, and multicultural environment
- Excellent Interpersonal & Collaboration skills.
- Good time management, organizational and leadership
