We are looking for a **Team Lead** to support our team in **Cairo, Egypt**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute strategic advertising plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.
- Serve as an advocate for clients and partners, build and maintain strong relationships, provide guidance and address concerns while ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Manage workflow, team's engagement and ensure team members are meeting their KPIs and delivering results
- Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Account Managers, Account Specialists, and Tech Support Specialists.
- Solve problematic issues that arise within the team or project.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.

**What You Need For This Role**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads and analytical skills are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and the company
