**BIM Lead**:

**We are currently seeking to hire a BIM Lead working closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the BIM (Building Information Modeling) implementation in our Engineering and design process to improve project coordination and collaboration, as well as to enhance the quality and accuracy of our designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective BIM strategies.
- Integrate BIM processes into project workflows.
- Manage and mentor BIM professionals.
- Create and oversee BIM execution plans.
- Ensure accurate 3D models and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with BIM technology trends.
- Establish and uphold BIM standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on deliverables.
- Enhance processes and practices continually.
- Maintain thorough project documentation.
- Identify and address potential implementation risks.

**Job Requirements**:

- +10 with years' experience of BIM leadership.
- Proficient in software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- BIM strategy and execution experience.
- Clash detection and Navisworks familiarity.
- Industry trends and tech awareness.
- Standards development proficiency.
- Mentorship and training capability.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
- Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards.

**Work Environment**:
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday

Location: 1st Settlement
