**NAOS Solutions** is seeking a **Call Center Trainer** who is fluent in French to join our Training department. In this role, you will be responsible for training new and existing call center agents on best practices, customer service techniques, and product knowledge.

As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our customers. You will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to agents to help them succeed in their roles.

1. Conducting training sessions in French, English and Arabic.
2. Turning client Standard operating procedure documentation (SOP) into training material
3. Assessing trainees and evaluating them based on their performance during the session
4. Following up on updates with operation TLs & AMs
5. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs
6. Support and mentor new employees
7. Keep attendance and other records
8. Develop a schedule to assess training needs
9. Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
10. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials

Job Requirement:
1. Native level in Arabic, Near Native in French
2. High command of the English language preferred to be a Fluent English speaker.
3. Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Training or Teaching

4. Experience in call center training or customer service is preferred

5. Excellent presentation skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
6. Ability to identify gaps in skills
7. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
8. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
9. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

10. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
