Junior Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- Coordinating with various teams so that the clients’ expectations are met.
- Developing initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Suggesting eSpace’s services and solutions to enhance the client’s satisfaction.
- Building rapport with clients and offering quick answers to their queries.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Resolving complaints and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintaining accurate client records, and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Preparing reports on the status of accounts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in accounts management.
- High Command of English.
- Performing well and committing to deadlines.
- Dealing professionally and calmly with client complaints and issues.
- Acquiring basic accounting knowledge.
- Having an interest in the IT industry.
- Obtaining good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Having strong written and verbal communication skills.
