Job Description & Specification:
**Job Summary**:
Responsible to develop and execute sales plans to meet company’s objectives. S/he will evaluate market conditions and competitors’ data and compile sales plans. Supervise and coach branch sales force to achieve the branch targets.

**Primary Tasks**:
1. Supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets

2. Motivate, coach & develop sales team

3. Help & support sales team to overcome job problems & obstacles

4. Report sales activities & competition activities to Sales manager

5. Direct sales to cover up in shifts & in crowded days

6. Make sure that the branch is organized, clean & welcoming

7. Make sure that all sales kits & documentations & printing material are available

8. Monitor sales activities & behaviors

9. Appraise & evaluate sales performance and attitude

10. Recommend disciplinary actions & incentives when needed

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong technical sales skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry,
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community,
- Ability to effectively present information to management and write reports,
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and with subordinates,
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills,
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
- Active, accurate and result-oriented,
- Positive Role model

**Essential Qualifications**:

- University Graduate
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in sales profession
- Experience with real estate.
- English language is essential.
- Computer User
