**Join Our Team as a Bilingual French and English Assistant HR Remotely**
Are you passionate about human resources and fluent in both French and English? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual French and English Assistant HR. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
