**This role will be based in Egypt**
- To actively support the HR Service Enablement tower by managing overall HR Processes and Continuous Improvement Projects within Shared Services & Back offices scope.
- Champion all aspects of best operational practice including process review, implementation of continuous improvement approaches and simplification of service experience within, and for, BO service lines/ process towers.
- Ensure that operational systems and processes that are key to the successful operation of BO are aligned with the strategic goals of HR Function and approach for meeting service demand is effective. Ensure design methodology, approvals, change control and documentation are standardised and consistently applied.
- Actively support preparation & deployment of future looking technological interventions by global. Understand the tools end to end, user groups, their experience and plan for successful deployments across HBS, CBS and LBS Orgs.

**Key accountabilities for the role include**:
**HR Process Championship **(in Scope activities of BO)
- Governance of HR processes, process maps, documentation, knowledgebase documentation and ensuring that all relevant systems are kept up to date
- Support BO (and wider HR function where relevant) in the delivery of improvement projects taking role of BO workstream lead for wider projects, as well as supporting the delivery of HR calendar events and provide support to BO Teams when required eg: at peak times.
- Support in developing approach for identifying demand for BO Service, for tracking trends for service type and implementing method for meeting service requirements.
- Ensure that all processes and documentation are robustly maintained, protecting integrity and quality of data and version, support SSC teams with process map and documentation updates.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Review operational performance where desired improvement has been identified, seeking effectiveness and efficiency improvements through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide training, mentoring and guidance to others in the business in the use of Continuous Improvement tools.
- Perform HR process benchmarking through external (APQC, Gartner, SHRM etc.) and internal sources (PepsiCo Global Benchmarks)
- Assist with setup, implementation, maintenance of all new HR transactional processes, procedures and tools.
- Ensure that in implementing change relevant measures and/or Key Performance Indicators are in place and that any deviance can be identified and justified.
- Research, recommend and obtain approval for implementation of best practice that would contribute to the successful delivery of HR operations in order to champion and measure continuous improvement.

**Project Management**
- Build & implement structured project plans from setting the agenda to hypercare with clear accountabilities and timelines for all stakeholders.
- Identify risks and RAID logs. Keep impact & communication in-check.
- Execute & stabilize projects successfully within agreed time, quality, cost and resources

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Experience of implementing & stabilizing scale global HR systems - e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, ServieNow
- Strong Project management experience in a remote environment
- Service Management & Continuous improvement Experience
- Process Re-engineering experience will be an added advantage
- Experience of working across a sector/ different countries would be preferable
- University degree preferably a MBA
- 3+ years of general professional experience in the area of Human Resources
- Very good knowledge of HR processes within shared services
- Practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management
- Time management - ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
- Co-ordination/planning/resource allocation - ability to bring together different people with conflicting schedules/ideas and meet deadlines
