The Role
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG industry. - Experience in managing or supervising a sales team, with a focus on B2B clients such as Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and business partners. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and leading successful sales teams. - Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. - In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, distribution models, and key players. - Strong problem-solving skills.
