If you answered yes, we believe you might be a fit to our new vacancy for a Customer Success Officer. As a Customer Success Officer you will be joining MENA's largest B2B healthcare marketplace with a variety of products and services that close gaps in the pharmaceutical supply cycle.

As a Customer Success Officer you will:

- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Aid in product design and product development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business or any relevant field.
- Great communication skills.
- Great listening skills.
- Ability to work hard and under pressure.
- Leadership and persuasion skills.
- Experience in Fintech, payment, or collection is a plus.
