Junior Customer Success Manager

We are currently hiring a Junior Customer Success Manager to be responsible (but not limited) for:
- Receive sales orders via the different channels (calls/whatsapp/online)
- Develops Healthy Customer Relationship
- Evaluates and Analyze Customer Needs
- Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients
- Acts as a Customer Advocate
- Encourages Customers to Upgrade their Products (upsell & cross-sell)
- Promotes Customer Loyalty
- Run regular competitive analysis and propose countermeasures
**Key Qualifications**
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships. **English **language must be very good
- Strong capability of Microsoft Office tools
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
- Ability to establish milestones, customer complaints and keep all team members on task
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
