Overview:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the CW labours compensation and benefits programs to create attractive and competitive packages to attract, retain, and motivate the labours
**Responsibilities**:
- Design salary structures, conduct market research to ensure the CW’s pay rates are competitive, and manage processes for salary increases, bonuses, and incentives.
- Build an annual operating plan for Egypt temp labor to meet NR percentage and rate per case targets reflecting market survey results and pay rate decisions.
- Manage benefits scheme for HC temp labor including Medical, life, and all non-monetary benefits.
- Ensuring that compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements and regulations is crucial. Total Rewards Managers must stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Set the temp labor pay and benefits structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Monitor competitive salary and benefits rates through performing comprehensive salary and benefits surveys in addition to market sensing to develop or modify compensation plans.
- Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the temp labor.
- Manage the annual salary increase program upon TR strategic plan, market surveys, and PepsiCo guidelines for all temp labor upon market surveys, annual budget, jobs comp-ratio, job nature complexity, and HC.
- Assess the job description for each position and assign it to a job band with a specific salary.
- Develop and maintain standardized Total Rewards policies, processes, and governance.

- Perform comprehensive salary and benefits surveys in addition to market sensing to ensure that all pay rates are market competitive.
- Manage compensation packages and bonus programs aligning with the company’s strategic plan, frequently monitor government regulations and market trends to ensure that all programs are current, competitive, and legal.
- Manage an organization’s worker benefits program, which includes insurance policies; health, life, bonuses, and incentive plans, one-time payments and all allowances; Meal, transportation, housing, mobile, and hardship.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with country legislation and PepsiCo guidelines.
- Develop and evaluate temp. labor pay structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct monthly financial tracking venues with all key stakeholders to ensure close monitoring of temp labor budget and come up with a comprehensive cause-of-change analysis and corrective action plans accordingly.
- Lead Egypt temp labor cost productivity initiatives to fuel growth
- Act as the functional focal point with finance planning, finance control, TR in all temp labor financial KPIs and operations
- Develop and update temp labor TR strategy to meet, the company’s strategic plan, financial targets, market competitiveness, and optimization targets.
- Develop CW labor TR policies ex. housing, transportation, mobile etc.
- Lead on CW labor external interventions ex. applies new laws that include taxes, minimum wage and etc.
- Lead all CW labors internal interventions analysis/ assessment by calculating savings / incremental cost etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- +4 years of experience in HR operations or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
