Join our Transcom Family as an Office Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
- ** Office Operations**:
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- ** Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance.
- ** Financial Management**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Monitor office budgets and expenses, reporting any discrepancies.
- ** Supply Management**:
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- ** Technology Management**:
- Ensure smooth functioning of office technology and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs.
- Stay updated on new software and tools to enhance office productivity.
- ** Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Certification in office management or related field is a plus.
