Automotive Lubricants Direct Sales Account Manager

- Holder of his job will be responsible of all the following activities:
- Promote HSEQ corporate policy within his team and the company
- Prepares a detailed action plan for his targets by product/pack for the area assigned to him.
- Study the market and prepare pricing comparison.
- Carry out weekly sales and credit reports for the customers.
- Participate in the promotion and advertising campaigns.
- Close follow up on payment terms.
- Managing the image and stander of quality service introduced.
- Monitor all the competitors activities
- Maintain the close relation with the accounts in his accountability
- Renewal of the contracts.
- Follow up the implementation of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
- Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules
- Confronted with few risks when carrying out one's activity
- Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly

- Portfolio of profitable products
- Rapid development plan over a wide geographical area with Re-sellers of various sizes
- University graduate from 3 to 6 Years Sales Experience
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events.
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate an extensive network of contacts.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
- Technical and Field Knowledge.
- Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations).
