- Direct sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Set short
- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities.
- Work closely with large, strategic and prospective customers to respond to their proposals and RFPs.
- Engaging with consultants during tender specifications preparation stages.
- Preparing the technical proposals based on the designs, layouts, technical specs & BOQ's.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department and vendors.
**Requirements**:
- Bacholer degree is Comouter engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in the same title.
- Ability to capture raw requirements and convert them into specifications
- Knowledge in dealing with large, complex organizations.
- Basic Skills for the promotion of positive inter-departmental and customer relations.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
