**Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and lead opportunities to achieve the sales target and engage in an assessment of the opportunity
- Open new accounts with pipeline generating clients
- Follow up on leads with consultant, end user, contractor, and integrator
- Prepare and maintain a complete document of information to be ready for reporting all the time, with the status of each opportunity / lead details on CRM software
- Build new client relations and bring in new client accounts
- Handle all communications and problems that arise in the relevant accounts
- Handle and respond to all client inquiries and correspondence
- Bring in sales opportunities for the company, as per the sales target
- Follow-up on client proposals (quotations) and monitor the order processing and payment collection
- Undertake price negotiations and payment terms with clients
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on the assigned accounts
- Ensure appropriate marketing & pricing strategies are developed to the account

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Fluent English
- Experience in project management software tools
- Writing skills in Arabic & English (concept notes, proposals, and project documents)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attentive to details and multitasking skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or computer engineering
- Preferable experience in the solution sales of products in the grey and white space of the data center specifically in power, cooling and critical monitoring
- 3 - 5 years of experience
